Standard Stock Products

For products available from our U.S. inventory:

• Order processing time: 1–2 business days
• Shipping time depends on the selected shipping method and destination.

Wholesale & Bulk Orders

For case, pallet, and customized orders:

• Processing time depends on product availability, quantity, packaging requirements, and customization needs.
• Estimated production time will be confirmed before order confirmation.

For OEM and private label projects, please contact our sales team for a customized production schedule.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We provide shipping services within the United States based on the destination and selected shipping method.

U.S. Domestic Shipping

Volokitx currently ships within the United States only.

Standard delivery times vary depending on the destination:

Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is:

2:00 PM (GMT-08:00)

Orders placed before the cut-off time will begin processing on the same business day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT-08:00) will be considered received on the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within:

1–2 business days

Processing time includes order verification, inventory allocation, picking, packing, and preparation for shipment.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Estimated Delivery Time

For orders shipped to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C., Standard Shipping normally takes:

3–5 business days

For orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, Standard Shipping normally takes:

3–7 business days

These delivery estimates refer to carrier transit time after the order has been processed and shipped.

Please allow an additional 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier conditions, weather, holidays, peak shipping periods, and other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Area

Volokitx currently provides shipping within the United States only.

We currently ship to:

• The 48 contiguous U.S. states
• Washington, D.C.
• Alaska
• Hawaii

We currently do not ship to U.S. territories or possessions, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands.

International shipping is currently not available through our standard online checkout.

Shipping Cost Notice

Standard Shipping is FREE for eligible U.S. orders.

Express Shipping is available at an additional cost. The applicable Express Shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

For large-volume or freight orders, shipping costs and delivery arrangements may be quoted separately based on order quantity, weight, dimensions, and destination.
